Thanks for visiting my blog! My name is Stephanie, and I’m a single mama of 2 girls, ages 12 and 9 and a grumpy puggle named Stella Luna. We live in Northern VA where I work full time and also started my own business, Artified Junk Rescue.

I’ve always been an artist in some way over the years, whether it’s fine art, photography, or upcycling, like I do now. I love the thrill of the hunt, wandering around antique, vintage, thrift stores or flea markets, looking for “junk” that I can make into a treasure. I love to travel and wherever I am, I am always rescuing discarded vintage pieces and antiques. My passion is preserving history, eating organic and all natural, working hard to grow my small business and and supporting other small businesses.
